Business Presentation Skills Training

The training provides participants with a structured and applied process so that they can confidently and energetically convey relevant key messages and be able to attract and retain the audience's attention throughout the presentation. Participants will discover many useful ideas and tips that will help them prepare clear and impact-full messages, along with visual support that looks good and attracts attention.

This training is organised in partnership with Chambre Française de Commerce, d'Industrie et d'Agriculture en Roumanie. We are organising this training together since 2015 and so far we had several hundreds participants that increased their capacity to organise and deliver captivating presentations. Training Agenda

The whole training consists of 5 modules. This experience will help the participants to be more confident and effective in communicating in front of an audience, whether we are talking about online presentations or regular presentations, in a meeting or conference room.

  1. CONTENT - Strategies for structuring messages and amplification of key ideas

    Participants understand how to develop and structure the content of a presentation focused on the needs of the audience. Participants will be shown an easy-to-apply reference system for effective preparation and impactful and convincing transmission of the main messages and ideas in the presentation.

  2. DESIGN - Creating visual representations

    Participants learn how to use visual materials to increase the impact of the messages they transmit. They discover and use specific notions of design and composition, along with recommendations for graphic resources so as to develop a visually appealing presentation.

  3. STORYTELLING - Persuasion through examples and stories

    Participants learn to present examples and case studies in order to present in a dynamic and attractive way. They better understand and practice how to translate key messages into persuasive presentations that do not leave the audience indifferent. With the help of the facilitator, they build personal stories that convey clear messages to attract the audience.

  4. SPEECH - Presence and impact in the physical and online environment

    Participants develop better communication skills and verbal and non-verbal presentation skills. In addition, participants discover strategies for managing emotions and better understand what to avoid. They understand how to increase and manage interactions with their audience.

  5. Practice and relevant feedback

    Participants integrate the ideas from the first 3 modules and work on developing a specific presentation in their field of activity, a presentation that they deliver and get the feedback of the trainer and colleagues. Thus, they understand their strengths and discover new opportunities for development.
