I have 19 years of full-time experience as a trainer and facilitator.
I have spent thousands of hours facilitating adult learning, working across industries including technology, telecommunications, manufacturing, banking and retail. My passion for lifelong learning, design and visualisation drives me to create engaging learning experiences.
I started my training career with Human Invest in 2006. This is where I built my foundation, delivering hundreds of leadership and team development programs across diverse industries. We continue a strong collaboration today, nearly 20 years later.
I facilitate projects in Romania and across Europe, both in-person and online. I am also a trusted delivery partner and have active collaborations with Business Linked Teams (UK) and HumanCraft (Czech Republic).
Since 2015, I’ve been a certified trainer for Blanchard’s leadership programs, including SLII®. It's one of the most widely used leadership development frameworks globally, a practical method for managers to adapt their approach to fit the specific development needs of their teams.
I integrated visual facilitation deeply into my work after completing multiple visual facilitation courses and later becoming a bikablo certified trainer at the beginning of 2019. I’ve taught bikablo and visual facilitation to 230+ specialists from 35 organisations and built an alumni community that supports practice and exchange.
To complement my training work, I focus deeply on professional coaching and facilitation standards. I have been an active member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), Romanian chapter since 2020. My practice is further strengthened by my role as a certified ICF Coach since 2018, following my graduation of Systemic Coaching programme from Metasysteme.
From 2009 to 2013, I specialised in sales capability and technology training within the telecom industry at Telekom Romania and Nokia. I collaborated closely with local and international stakeholders to design training programs that drove excitement for new products, covering everything from technical skills to public events and product launches.
My passion for people development started during university, volunteering with AIESEC. That's where I led my first teams and discovered I love designing learning experiences. I later founded an NGO (Youth Academy) focused on high school student development, which I led for six years.
I have designed and delivered high-quality development programs for over 100 companies, with consistently strong satisfaction rates.
