20 years of full-time practice.

I’ve spent thousands of hours facilitating adult learning across industries including technology, telecommunications, manufacturing, banking and retail. I've worked with over 15,000 professionals at all levels, from front-line teams to senior leadership groups. Most of my work falls into one of three areas, though in practice they often overlap.

Training

I design and deliver tailored training programs that build key skills for teams and organizations. Each program is grounded in your real context and challenges, combining proven content with practical application to ensure clear outcomes and measurable improvement.

Facilitation

I design and facilitate strategic sessions and offsites that help teams work through their most important challenges. Each session is built around a clear objective and guided through structured, visual methods that turn complex discussions into tangible outcomes and concrete next steps.

Learning Experiences

I design learning journeys and development programs for complex challenges, working closely with L&D teams to go beyond one-off training. Each experience starts from the behaviours you want to change and is built to connect learning with real business outcomes and measurable results.

My passion for learning, design and visualisation drives me to create engaging development experiences

I started my training career with Human Invest in 2006, where I built my foundation by delivering leadership and team development programs across industries. Nearly 20 years later, we continue a strong collaboration. I facilitate projects across Europe, both in-person and online and I work as a trusted delivery partner with international organizations such as Business Linked Teams (UK) and HumanCraft (Czech Republic).

Since 2015, I’ve been a certified trainer for Blanchard’s leadership programs, including SLII®, and I’ve deeply integrated visual facilitation into my work, becoming a bikablo certified trainer in 2019. I’ve trained over 230 specialists across 35 organizations and built an active alumni community. Alongside this, I focus on high professional standards through my work as an ICF-certified coach and active member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), Romanian chapter.

I have designed and delivered high-quality development programs for over 100 companies, with consistently strong satisfaction rates.
